High End Pc Low Fps

Specs

Cpu:i7 9700k

Gpu:2080 ti

Ram: 32gb 3600mhz

motherboard: msi z390 meg ace

PSU: 850 watt corsair rmx

 

Problem is i can run most games as expected, high fps. But some games like csgo or gta run very low with lag spikes. I get around 200 in csgo when i probably should be getting around 600. Im not sure what the problem is temps are not a problem i know that. Maybe its my drivers but im not sure trying to get some support.

200fps is average for csgo at those specs

hmm strange. Try uninstalling drivers with ddu and reinstall the latest nvidia drivers. cpu temps also ok?
