Liquid cooling question

I have a pc running my Plex server currently running a cool master evo 212 cooler  on the cpu. My question would this system benefit from water cooling and could the water cooling be left running 24hours.

System would most likely benefit from the cooling, as most do. I dont see an issue with running it 24/7 just check for leaks every week or so. I am paraniod so im checking every day, but as long as the pressure stays under the max, you'll be fine.
