Greetings, everyone!

For a while now, I've had a G510s keyboard that was given to me from my brother. I like to use the macros on the side for various image editing shortcuts, and it has worked great.

Recently, I've decided to take advantage of the $30 G502 SE deal, and I can see why people love this mouse. It's not like the old Roccat Lua mouse I had before with no additional buttons, and the scroll wheel feels premium.

Reviews aside, I want to customize both pieces of hardware. For my G510s, I used the Logitech Gaming Software. It was reliable and it worked great for what I needed. When I plugged in my G502 and wanted to customize it, I had to uninstall the software I was using before to install the new LGHub. I thought it was just an updated version of the other software and my keyboard would be recognized, but sadly it wasn't.

Basically, I want to be able to customize both my G510s and my G502. Lighting, macros, the quick "sniper" DPI switch button, the whole nine yards. And I have no clue how to do that. Maybe there's some trick to play on either software? A public program?

Thanks for the help, you guys.

Heyo, me again. Figured out the problem, at least for me. If you have the G502 Lightspeed, then there's no getting around GHub. Otherwise, G502's like the Hero and SE can use LGS in this method:

Open LGS and in the bottom right corner, you should see a 3D like "?". Hover over that, then you should see a " ^ " pop up. Click that, then click "Check for Updates." Even if you uninstalled and reinstalled the latest software three times (like me), there will still be an update available. After the update installs and your computer restarts, when you open LGS you should see both your keyboard and your mouse appear at the bottom. Customize it to your heart's content, have a field day.

Over and out, hope I helped someone.
