Skype Not Working

I've recently upgraded to the skype 6.3 and after that, it crash everytime i turn on my pc. Am i the only one? Btw i've fixed it by deleting it in safe mode than uninstall it and than installed the old version. Also is it possible to merge 2 accounts? If so plz teach me
