400W enough for This?

I got a new 2070, and want to test it ( putting it in a different build, dont worry lol ) , currently I only have a PC with 16gb 2666mhz i5-8400 and a 1060 (3g).if i unplug all of my USB's and take out my 1060, do you think i can atleast try and boot into windows ( with only a mouse and keyboard ) with the 2070?

 

EDIT: Power Consumption on the 2070 is 175W

I wouldn't go for less than 550w.

If you're just turning it on to see if it works, it'll be fine. It won't draw much power unless you actually put it under load.

do i have to boot into windows, and check GPU Z to see if it works, or is it one of those things where, if the PC starts up, and the fan is spinning, its good to go
