Issues with certain Games

Hello! I have been having issues with games like Rainbow Six Siege where I would get under 60 FPS. My PC Specs are pretty good and I have seen people getting way more FPS then me with similar specs. 

Spec List:

Ryzen 7 2700x

GTX 1070 EVGA

16 GB DDR4 RAM 2666 MHZ

AIO Cooler from Cooler Master

NVME SSD for boot and 1tb SSD for Games

 

Thanks for any help you can get, I currently play on all High to Max settings which NVIDIA Geforce Experience set for me.

1080p Trying to see if I can hit 144hz as I plan to buy a 144hz monitor.

are you running memory in dual channel? Ryzen likes faster memory too so that might be the problem? I am not experienced with Rainbow Six Siege so I can really only guess what the problem might be. Can you give me the exact graphical settings you have too?

Yeah I bought 3200 MHZ memory a few days ago just for a upgrade. It is running in dual channel. Every setting is max and TAA is at X4
