i got Evga 500w 80+ White Series Psu is that any good ?

Well, looks compatible enough for me.

Which of these parts are you buying new and what are reused ? Asking because B450 Bazooka isn't very good motherboard, not terrible either but i'd get smth different, say ASRock Pro 4 or MSI A-Pro \ GP. And 'EVGA 500W' doesn't quite say anything, there's a plenty of bad EVGA PSUs, what model exactly ?

whats good but cheap motherboard that can i get then ? if you have any suggestions ?

It might be worth to go for Ryzen 5 2600 at least, it's only 65 pounds more for massive performance difference.
