Cablemod Extensions vs Full Cables

Hey guys, so I wanted to use the 20% off coupon that came with my Mobo, but buying cables through cablemod is a ripoff. But I want cables anyways. I can get a PRO extension kit for $65, or the regular PRO kit for $130.

 

Is there any other disadvantage to buying an extension kit besides trying to cablemanage it?

Not really, as long as your case hides the cables exiting the power supply there is no real need for a full cable set unless you really care about how the backside of the PC looks or want custom length cables.

I mean buying through their website. Buying on amazon is $65 CAD. Buying through their website is over $100 with a 20% discount

Also, there's nothing on amazon.ca for asiahorse except 1 listing sold by a third party seller for $160. And the only other somewhat reputable company is upHere, and they're only $15 cheaper and don't have all black.

Yeah it says extensions are universal. And I think they're that overpriced since they're the only vendor and they're a third party. It's a scam that happens on Newegg and Amazon.
