Audio output not there

windows update solved

So randomly when I was watching youtube my audio cut out and started to play through my speakers instead of headphones, when I go to sound settings and output the audio device I want to hear from is not there but when I go to input the audio device that I want is there but I need it at output.

Check the cable for the headphones hasn't came loose
