Are these PCs a nice idea?

So I am right now using a intel hd pc and wanna buy a new pc 

and wanna know are any of these pc a good idea

 

 

i wouldn't have posted this , but I noticed a few fishy things such as

• the price difference between the 2 PCs according to the channel is $10 but , when i checked the difference was a whole $100 even though the PCs have a similar spec just the cpu is different so which one to use
• The power supply looks as if its a high end gaming ones but its a cheap , non certified and really bad psu should i use that
• can i use a a rx 570 which comes around the same price as 470
