adb cannot detect android phone.

I have this adb folder on my laptop.

Then inside that folder while I clicked Shift I called out powershell, and in that I tried to run these commends.

But I cannot see my android device anywhere.

Why is that so? Is it beacuse I have other tools installed like "TOOL ALL IN ONE"??? 

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.

my phone is in fastboot mode. normal mode does not work, if I boot into system it will crash.

 

Also I think I installed ADB wrongly. 

 

I looked into this PATH: C:\Users\zhoux\.android

 

And it only has this file : 3.thumb.png.e623192f754b3d2fa9a743d7322211b6.png

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.
