PC fans spinning and LED's turn on. No visuals.

My PC does not boot into windows. The system fans spins fast and the power button LED as well as the GPU LED both turn on. The only light which does not turn on is the audio. (Usually if it turns on the pc starts and fans spin slowly, allowing system to boot into windows)

No beeps can be heard from PC. I’ve tried booting with a single stick of ram with and without the GPU and nothing changes. PC worked completely fine on Sunday which was the last day I used it. I have not removed the CMOS as it is the laptop version which is sealed.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110N
GPU: HIS RX 470 4gb
CPU: Intel i7-6700
Ram: 2x8GB DDR4
PSU: FSP Hyper S 600W

I just received my new monitor and was excited to set it up last night when the decided not to display windows or anything for a matter of fact.
