Windows 10 Wacom Display problem ?

I've installed a Wacom Cintiq Pro 13 and seems to work properly but has one problem. Not sure if it's anything to do with Windows 10 but, whilst logged when I turn on the tablet it has no signal but stimulating the OS especially opening Task Manager it suddenly finds a signal. Other scenarios, before logging in at password prompt is ok also when locked at password prompt finds a signal too.
