Computer won't post.

So I built this computer about 6months ago and it was running perfectly fine until last night when it just shut display off to the monitors but kept running. Like the case fans and everything are spinning like normal. The weird thing is when it goes into this mode even when i hit the case reset button and power button which worked before this, dont work anymore. I was able to get the computer running by shutting the PSU off and unplugging it waiting like 30 seconds and then plugging it back in but it did it again. 

 

I was originally getting the error code 68 or PCI host bridge initialization is started but it would just stay there forever. I reset the cmos and now the same thing is basically happening but instead of error code 68, its code E9 which is S3 resume PPI is not found. I still cant use the power or reset button, the computer still doesnt post, and all the fans are running normally.

 

I tried googling the error code E9 but could not find anything on potential solutions. If you know any please let me know thanks.

As you have said above, I also cannot find anything at all about the E9 error code! I'm hoping I don't have to replace the board!?
