Plex Server/media/unraid

Hi all, I'll preface this with a bit about what i'm looking to do. I'm looking to replace my current i3-4150 lenovo thinkserver to possibly an unraid setup running plex, and a VM of win10, as well as encode all new media to H.265 via handbrake. I currently have 20 family members & friends that use this for my massive library.
