Audio Problem!!!

Hi dear

 

when i use front jack panel audio(headphone) , the volume up and down working well but the mute not working! it happened after windows installation,i've never seen this before! i updated the drivers to the latest version.

motherboard: Gigabyte aorus x470 ultra gaming, 

Windows 10 1903 build 18362.356

 

please help me!

There's actually a suprising ammount of mute buttons. Can you describe which 1?

the back panel works fine, but the front panel mute not work,even when i click on the mute toggle on task bar.

when i click on the toggle mute on the taskbar the music still playing!

In the future, Please quote someone or @ them. Otherwise we wont see it, bit difficult to respond on time that way. Can you try another way to mute your music, See if that works. (quite sure it will).

when i use the back panel (audio  jack) i can mute and everything works fine,any way ,Thank you very much
