Windows 10 doesn't launch

Hi. Today when I wanted to turn on my computer it dind't want to get into windows, it would just open cmd with a black background saying : 0 is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

What it sounds like is that windows is booting but into safe mode with command prompt. Try these steps:

 

When your computer starts: repeatedly press the ESC button

Once you get to windows support screen click trouble shoot

Click advanced options then click startup repair

This will automatically try and fix the system after you log into your windows account

Are you booting into windows in safe mode or only a command prompt shows up? Picture?

 

What were you doing before you had this issue?

My friend told me to write explorer.exe int the prompt and it brought me into windows so my problem is kinda fixed but I wanna know if there is a way to avoid doing this every time.
