Duplicate notifications in windows 10

Hello, i have this thing where in windows 10 build 19033.1 the notifications from apps give two notifications even though they are the same notification. Is there anyway to fix this so it only shows the notification once?

Uninstalling and reinstalling instagram fixed the issue
