Help with first build!

I will be buying the parts and starting this build throughout December. I’ve only ever had laptops and have struggled to play games on them so I’ve stuck primarily to PS4. For this build I would love to be able to run two-three monitors and stream/record/play games at a high quality. My goal is to land around the $1,300-$1,500 USD range for just the PC with upgradeability for the future. I have all the peripherals that I need to start off the first upgrade after my PC will be to get better monitors as mine are generic 1080p 60hz so any suggestions on that would be great. I have linked two AMD builds below my big questions are the upgradability, wifi capability and any streaming/recording items that are left out. Thanks for the help!

This is getting right up to the budget but with a 2080 Super instead.

You can push 1440p 144hz with this build. Monitors can cost around $300-$500 depending on brand and panel type.
