Ethernet Driver

I was searching for ethernet driver for my windows 10. 
And found these two page. 
One is shwoing 73 mb dirver and other one is showing 545 mb. 
What but version is same. 
What is the difference and which one should I download ?

One's for Windows 10 64 Bit and one is every version, including Linux by the looks of things.

Secound one has files most OS's (OS independent)

if your on windows 10 then choose the windows 10 one.
