My build:

I7 7700k 4.5ghz water cooled

16Gb ram

Gigabyte Rtx 2070 super windforce oc

1tb ssd

650w psu

So i just bought a 2070 super from gigabyte and I just installed it and fixed the driver's but when I started a game and fixed the settings to the highest the PC completely froze..

I've tried a 2070 Asus strix before and it had no problem playing a game without crashing so this should do the work even better.

I know my CPU may be a little off but it runs at 25% when playing.

I think maybe it could be the psu not giving enough power cause it seems like things freezes when the gpu gets a boost.

I used msi after burner to try to overclock it just a tiny tiny little bit and it just froze instantly.

What do you guys think do I need a new psu or could I be bottlenecking my pc
