Am I using Aorus Engine correctly?

Hi,

 

I just got a new 5700 XT (Gigabyte 5700 XT 8GB OC). I just want to make sure I have it configured correctly in Aorus Engine. I ran FurMark on a few different settings, and I seem to get the best score with the sliders cranked all the way up (score doubled). Just making sure I’m not doing something that could damage the card down the line? This is the first PC I’ve build in 10 years so I’m learning!

 

I’ve attached screenshots of the default out of the box settings, and the ones I found gave the best score. Default got 3398 on the 1440p preset. Custom got 6137 on the same preset.
