Computer Freezing/Lockup on Windows 10

My computer occasionally locks up and is frozen. The clock does not change, so I assume it has crashed or something.

 

This has happened twice in the past 2 weeks

 

 

I am forced to hold the power button down to get it to reset.

 

What could be the cause of this?

Dying SSD? I checked the smart data and nothing is out of the ordinary.

OS glitch/instability problems?

Dying graphics card?

 

The oldest thing in my computer is my samsung EVO SSD from 2015

Any ideas?

 

 

OFF TOPIC: I suggest every poll from now on to have "**CK EA" option instead of "Other"
