I'm looking for a  27" dual monitor setup to upgrade to for gaming 1080P gaming as I don't think my computer can handle 2 x 4k Monitors unless you believe my PC can handle it fine. Not looking for anything over $2000 CAD

Reason I use dual monitors is cause I can watch videos on one screen and play video games on the second. Also I don't like having one large monitor nor have space for three monitors.

My computer specs are https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/rbcqxG.

My current monitor specifications are:
Asus MX279H 27.0" 1920x1080 Monitor x 2
Panel Size: Wide Screen 27.0"(68.6cm) 16:9 Panel Type : AH-IPS True Resolution : 1920x1080 Full HD 1080P : Yes Pixel Pitch : mm Brightness(Max) : 250 cd/㎡ ASUS Smart Contrast Ratio (ASCR) : 80000000:1 Viewing Angle (CR≧10) : 178°(H)/178°(V) Response Time : 5ms (Gray to Gray) Display Colors : 16.7M
