Both will be heavily bottlenecked by your CPU.

What do you mean with load requirement? First time i’ve had this problem

there no tasks listed that you do so I assume you don't use the computer in which case there will not be a bottleneck. In order for a bottleneck to exist you need to task the machine with something

Yes, only basic games, however I would like to play some more demanding games like Rust and CodMW

I mean an RX 570 or 580 would be a huge upgrade, the issue is that awful CPU. If you were going to get either card, you'd have to pretty much plan to do a platform upgrade immediately to make the card purchase worthwhile.

then yeah buy the 570/580. even if it did bottleneck it doesn't matter as you just move the gpu to a newer machine in the future anyway.

not like you have to throw the gpu away when you buy a new machine

Is there any card that would fit better, that still has good preformance?

Not really, any GPU made after 2011 will be heavily bottlenecked by your CPU.
