Worth Upgrading?

Hey Guys,

I am currently running a Nvidia GTX 980 (Gigabyte Windforce OC) along side a intel I7-5820K running on an ASUS X99 Deluxe motherboard.

 

I am thinking about upgrading the graphics card to a Nvidia GX 2070 Super (Gigabyte Windforce OC). Is this upgrade worth it? If so do you think my CPU will become a bottleneck?

it really depends on what games you play or what programs you use but i think the bottleneck whouldn't be that big

 

i can help more if i know what games you play or what elso you do on your system

i play rocket league, flight simulator x (also waiting for the new flight simulator to be released next year). Battlefield 1 and sometimes some call of duty

how much RAM do you have in your system? and at what speed does it run at?

i am have 32GB of ram, its running at 2133MHZ it is ripsaw ram i believe

i have looked up the games you play and see how they whould run your pc has a CPU bottleneck in Rocket league because it is an older CPU but you will still get more frames mayby not much but you can play on the high settings 

 

with flight simulator X is the CPU bottleneck small and you whould be able to plat on high settings
