I have a streamer friend who is wanting to switch from PS4 to PC he has a budget of 1300 dollars. I had to add a cpu cooler since he originally didn't have one on there. I was wondering if there is some better deals ( we are waiting for Cyber Monday) He would like Ray tracing, and "At least 100 frames"  in his words.

Here is the part list I am hoping that prices get knocked down on Cyber Monday.

Edit 1: feel free to change the case if you feel like there is a better one or if you just like the design of it.

yeah, the performance hit with ray tracing would make the entire thing moot anyway if you aren't on a 2080 or 2080ti.

the 3700X has a cooler already but if he's gonna overclock then it's fine.

the X570-A Pro is hot garbage, an X570-P is miles better.

a good NVMe drive is only a few dollars more.

750w is overkill.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Well, I adjusted the PC Part Picker list

Should I just tell him to get the 5700XT instead and save up for a proper RTX 2080 Ti setup instead?

Thank you so much, didn't even consider the NVME Drive or the MB quality
