budget upgrade question

hey folks, long time viewer first time poster, looking for some recommendations on what upgrade my aging basic prebuilt could best use with my limited budget (probably $300CAD max)

i mostly play starcraft, factorio, dwarf fortress, and kerbal space program, and i only run the one monitor right now but intend to get a second (and better peripherals) as my next upgrade

upgrading cause it currently lags right out in most games, and i cant turn any graphics settings up to even a half-decent level without crashing
