Which GPUs for what games?

Right. I've given up with the whole 'which performs better?' cause I'm not an idiot and know AMD and Nvidia balance out overall. What I wanna know now is what games run best on AMD GPUs and what runs best on Nvidia? Just list the games and what run them better. I think that's the wisest choice at this point. Also, what games will support Mantle in the future? 

 

I mainly play, Skyrim, Tomb Raider, Far Cry 3, Bioshock (all of them), Mirror's Edge and several other source engine games.

theres no major difference, bethesda games tend to like nvidia gpus and more and more games are starting to use mantle so thats also a fact to account for

mostly there pretty much the same unless there is something special about the software like physX or Mantle

GPU's are meant to be pretty general purpose and good at most things there intended to be used on

OK, I never knew Bethesda games favour Nvidia GPUs. That's actually quite cool. Is there a major difference between the SLI and Crossfire X performance of any games? I know AMD have had problems in the past. Have all the driver problems been sorted at this point?

just google for benchmarks for the games you're interested in playing, and then go from there...

sli and cross fire look cool but they performance but a single gpu will always be more stable

haha, well then in that case list some of the games you play or interested in playing so other people can google it for you.  but keep in mind fanboi's will lie about performance for whatever they're fanboing about to look better, so you do risk that...

I know. I avoided listing cause people would just get pissy and post false results. Might as well  though. I'll edit the first post
