CPU temps not showing

Hi all,
My CPU temps show in my BIOS but not in apps that moniter it (CAM, Speccy are what I have tried with.) I’ve had all the same components for 1 ½ years now (ish) temps stop showing a month ago. I get all other info on the app for all components and

My pc specs are:
CPU- i7-7700k, OC to 4.6 GHz
CPU Cooler- H100I V2
GPU-GTX 1080
Ram-2 x 8 GB, DDR4, 2133 MHz
Motherboard- MSI z270
PSU – 850w

I'd recommend trying either HWInfo or HWMonitor. If neither of these two work as well, it might be a problem with your hardware sensors.
