occasionally on certain ITX boards one lane is stronger then the other but should run anything on the QVL
you can find QVL on motherboard manufacturers website, sometimes requires a bit of digging in support tab tho.

The QVL having no issues running all supported ram in both slots is a good indication you should have no immediate problems

That said you should buy a second identifcal RAM module as running a single stick of ram, "Single Channel" instead of "Duel Channel" is absolutely horrible for performance.  Notibly it will increase stuttering/hitching dramatically in heavy workloads, or games
