Hi all, I am currently building a PC with the following specs:

1. GTX 1660 TI

2. AMD Ryzen 5 2600 (no OC)

3. ASROCK B450M PRO4

4. Kingston HyperX Fury 16gb

5. Samsung 970 Evo Plus 250gb

From what I understood from previous posts, 400/450W PSU would be enough but the ones that were recommended (Bitfenix Whisper M series and Be Quiet Pure Power 11) are hard to get in my country (Malaysia). I am looking for 80+ gold PSU and I am on a tight budget for PSU. Would love to hear feedback on the build as it is my first time actually building my own rig and I aim to have mid-low tier gaming rig that can handle 1080p. Thank you in advance. :D

Did you already buy anything?

If you're only gaming at 1080p 60hz a cheaper GPU will be fine

Probably just grab some gold rated 450W-550W unit with good reviews

but what's your budget/country for everything?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I haven't bought anything yet, still researching on some of the components, but mostly are confirmed.

For the GPU, i would like to actually go to ultra settings on some of the games, but which cheaper alternatives do you recommend, i was looking at 1660 super but in my country there is a chance were 1660 super is more expensive the 1660ti which is very weird. Besides, I hope to finally step into the AAA games too.

I'll say around RM3.5k maximum including monitor, but of course would like to make it as cheap as I can xD

Contrary to popular belief, pretty much any name brand PSU with a warranty will be fine.

I have several EVGA Bronze 500w units running basic builds with zero issues.  They can be had for around $40 US.

I see I will consider them as well, my thanks :)
