It could of been a BSOD, check %SystemRoot% for any dump files that were created at the same time the shutdown was initiated.

There are no dump files and I also have "WhoCrashed" which doesn't show any dump files too.

The LEDkeeper error is unrelated and not an issue, its probably due to the shutdown process. In the power options, can you check under the additional power settings on the right hand side. See if anything in there looks wonky?
