I was just wondering if this build would work well in SolidWorks.  It won't be heavy loads, just some basic stuff.

That should do it. Though, I'd opt for 2700x on your place (if it doesn't cost more than 140-150 bucks) and beefier cooler (Ryzen loves low temps).

Also, you can go for 3200 MHz RAM and try to OC it to 3600. But if 3600 MHz is like 2-5 bucks more, then keep it.

I'd get a quadro, a P620 (cut down 1050) should perform significantly better than a RX 570. They should be around 150-175USD. If you want even more power, a Quadro M4000 (basically a 970 with qualified drivers and 8GB vram) should be 230$ https://www.ebay.com/itm/PNY-NVIDIA-Quadro-M4000-8GB-GDDR5-Workstation-Graphics-Card/123921106994/

Both would do significantly better than a consumer card.

@Spakesthanks for that.I will add a Better cooler. What cooler do you suggest?

Something like Zalman CNPS10X Performa or better. Didn't look at cooler stuff for a long time, so can't say for sure.

Agreed, but for light work RX 570 would still be enough (as well as 2600 against 2700x).

Though, I'd say it's better to plan with overhead, so... Yeah.

OP, listen to Firewrath9, you might even go used on this for better perfomance per buck.

I would go used but I can't get those kind of parts used in my country.

I tried but can't get it used and it it is really expensive new here ($340) new for the p620.

Then try to get other parts for cheap so that you would have some room for GPU in your budget.
