irql_not_less_or_equal blue screen

Hello, i installed new ram corsair vengence lpx 3200mhz 16cl 2x8gb on my asrock320m-dgs and after using the pc for few hours it blue screened with the irql_not_less_or_equal error message, i use ryzen 5 2600 and my mobo bios version is p5.50. the clock times and mhz is set to as in the rams name(using xmp profile), after i blue screened i changed dram voltage to 1.40v from 1.35v.
