Clean Windows 10 Install

In the event that I want a fresh Windows 10 Install how do I go about it?

 

Windows 10 is installed on my SSD. How can I wipe my Hard Drive and my SSD? also will my MOBO keep the same settings? I had my PC built at Microcenter and idk what they did with my MOBO but im wondering if any of that will stay the same.

Just having an issue and wanted a completely clean start. I don't really have much on my PC since I had it built a few months ago..

You have to remember your product key thought.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
