Help with laptop fan

Laptop cpu fan sounds like this on every type of use, excluding idle right after booting. Can I fix this and whats its problem? Thanks

This is silent idle and then it starts spinning

Ps this is recorded with a phone 1cm off keyboard

how old is the laptop? maybe there is dust inside. does the fan spinning when its at idle after reboot?

take it apart and clean it.

The laptop is around 10 years old, no dust inside ive checked the fan from under the keyboard, 100% clean

I teared it down, the lcd flex cable was broken, soldered it and now the only problem is this
