Which CPU for this workload

I am doing a new build mainly for gaming/streaming.
I want to be able to game and stream as well as also process a stream from my sons pc via a capture card as his system can’t really hand gaming and streaming at same time. So there would be 2 streams being encoded by the cpu and whatever game I’m playing.Would an AMD R9 be able to handle that sort of workload or would I need more cores?

R9 3950X will do the trick, 3900X schuld also be fine but when you can afford it go 3950X

Thanks for the reply I think the 3950x is being release sometime this month so will wait and see what price is like compared to the 3900x.
