Hi everybody

This is my actual rig:

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4 GHz 8-Core Processor  ($197.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  ($34.89 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: ADATA XPG V1.0 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Kingston A400 240 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($31.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($44.99 @ Adorama)
Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6 GB AMP! Edition Video Card  ($286.22 @ Amazon)
Case: Cooler Master N400 ATX Mid Tower Case  ($69.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair RMx 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Im planning to update it like this:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 3.8 GHz 6-Core Processor  ($234.37 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($198.32 @ B&H)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory  ($67.98 @ Amazon)

Storage: Kingston A400 240 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($31.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($44.99 @ Adorama)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB WINDFORCE OC 3X Video Card  ($499.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Cooler Master N400 ATX Mid Tower Case  ($69.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair RM 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

But i get this message from pcpartpicker:

The Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard has an additional 4-pin ATX power connector but the Corsair RM 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply does not. This connector is used to supply additional 12V current to the motherboard. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands such as extreme overclocking or large video card current draws may require it.

Im not planning to overclock for now, the question is if i have to change my psu or i'm going to be able to use my current one.

Thanks in advance

Solid board for the price. Works out of the box with the 3000 series.
