Pc restarting issue

I’m aware this could be a GPU or CPU issue but it seems quite odd and no one on certain forums are helpful cough cough STEAM. 
 

anyway lately I have not been able to play this one game. Pavlov VR, upon launching the game through steam my PC IMMEDIATELY goes into restart mode as if I restarted my pc manually. Just as soon as I click play boom my pc starts to restart and says the usually “this application is preventing restart would you like to restart anyway?” my pc never resets on its own. This only happens when playing this particular game. I’ve played other VR/Non-VR games and nothing bad happens. I’ve virus scanned and Benchmarked to look for temp issues and everything seems fine.
