HyperX Cloud Flight Audio Issues?

I recently bought the cloud flight as a replacement for me revolver s, and it's a suffice to say that I wasn't satisfied with the Flight sound quality. It sounds rather shallow when I'm gaming, as if a lack of bass is or too much treble is present. Same with youtube videos as well. A hear a rather matallic noise coming from the youtuber's voice and it sounds kinda blocked. Music was decent, however. I couldn't really notice a different from my old headphones and this one. The priority of my team is spent gaming and watching youtube tho, so if anyone knows how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated!
