GPU is undervolted, fan curved is untouched

Core clocks don't hold to 1340MHz as they should, temperature goes up to 85 degrees C, it started about a month, but since i only used AAA games to test GPU stability, it is stable. This problem is especially visible in The Witcher 3 where fps can drop even down to 40 while before they didn't drop below 60, everything is on uber, hairworks off

I just want to add that in light games like LoL or Warframe (it is light compared to AAA games) core clocks are holding those 1340MHz

System Configuration:

Mobo: MSI B450M GAMING PLUS

CPU: Ryzen 5-2600, stock clocks and voltages

GPU: Gigabyte RX 580 Gaming 4GB

RAM: G.Skill Aegis 16GB dual channel

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 1909

PSU: SilentiumPC Vero M2 Bronze 600W
