Need help with Yamaha MG10XU

So I bought the Yamaha MG10XU a few months ago to pair it with the Shure SM7B. I’ve been running audio using a USB, but from what I’ve seen, Windows doesn’t take too kindly to it. My mic is quiet. I’ve been trying to figure out how to use it without the USB. When I configure it the way that it is set up in my picture, my friends on discord can hear my game audio. I have the cables in channel 7/8 going to line out port on my sound card and the stereo out on my mixer going to my line in port on my sound card. I have the cloudlifter and even then, I have to turn my gain all the way up for them to hear me, but there is buzz on my end. Is there a way to fix this or should I get a new setup?  Thank you in advance!
