Hey guys! so i was wanting install SteamOS on a separate hard drive just to play around with it and when i launched (for lack of a better word) it via usb and i got to the menu here it asks if i want to do an automated install or a like expert one (something like that) and i click on automated and then it says something about how it doesnt have the right CDROM or something along those lines and i googled it and couldnt find ANYTHING on it at all, if any1 knows anything about this that could be awesome.

P.S. sorry if i explained my issue really poorly, i tried my best, any questions about clarity i will happily answer.

Well, from a quick Google search it looks like it is a flash drive related issue. Try loading it onto another USB flashdrive or make a CD.  But if that doesn't work, make sure the SATA cables are connected and power cables too.  Also, I was reading there might be so UEFI issues with that error.
