GPU Issue

Specs:Mobo: B85M-G Asus

GPU: Zotac 1060 6gb

Ram: Ripjaws 8gb

Processor: Intel i5-4460 

PSU: Corsair 650 Watts

Using Win 10 Pro

 

I have a problem with my pc. Only a blank screen shows when my gpu is plugged in. I was using a Win 8.1 pro os before and i can't get into the Bios when gpu is plugged in. But when i checked in the device manager, it was detected. 

So, i decided to format my pc and use Win 10 Pro instead. Now, everytime the GPU (Zotac 1060 6gb) is plugged in, it only shows a blank screen. I tried 3 different HDMI Cables. I checked and the fans are working upon turning on the pc. I updated my bios. I made sure everything is intact. I'm able to use my pc smoothly if i use the integrated gpu in mobo.. but when i plug in the gpu, it only shows a blank screen. am i missing something? help please.

Dead GPU? Can you try it in a different PC?

I haven't tried plugging it in a different pc. however, before i formatted my pc.. it was detected under device manager. geforce event prompted an update. however, i was aiming to really format my pc. and this issue happened.
