best setting for samsung magician software

so i downloaded samsung magician software has any one used it before what is the best setting for it ?

l Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4.5Ghz l Asus VII Ranger ROG l MSI GTX 970 @ 1555MHz l

I have mine set to advanced. Here are my settings:

For virtual memory, I have it set to what Samsung recommended in the description
