Hello there everyone!  I've been having this issues for a couple months now and it's really getting on my nerves lol.  My GeForce Experience won't open.  The process is running in background, there's an icon in the icon tray on the right side of my screens but each time I click the said icon, the program won't show up.  There's a quick loading sequence on the mouse but it goes back to the regular cursor very quickly.  I tried to Bitdefender's Anti-virus and Firewall but it didn't work even if they were disabled.  I also tried to add them to the exclusion, no luck there either.  I attached my system specs below. I have the latest version of the graphic drivers and the latest version of GeForce Experience installed.  I really hope one of you will be able to help me out haha.  Thanks in advance!

what if you just download the latest version direct from the site and run the exe?

I installs like the first time I installed it, but doesn't fix the not launching issue like I said above.

Hello everyone,
Same thing happening to me, tried uninstalling, reinstalling, completely wiping out of system (registry, etc.). Didn't work. Then I've found this thing: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/550192/geforce-drivers/display-driver-uninstaller-ddu-v12-3-released-02-20-14-/

I did run my system in Safe Mode, completely removed NVidia software, installed newest version from their site (also I've tried older versions which were stable to me like 331.82) but it didn't work as well. NVidia control panel works normally, but GeForce Experience won't open. I wouldn't bother with this but from since it started to happening I'm feelling a little bit fps drop in games performance.

If anyone has a solution or possible way to get it working please answer in this topic or write me an e-mail.

Forward thanks and have a good day you all!

edit: Oooops! I've forgot to mention my PC specs:

I always removed my GPU drivers with either DisplayDriverUninstaller or Driver Sweeper back in the days.  Removed them with Control Panel's Program & Features, then go to safe mode and run DDU or Driver Sweeper.  But since I have an issue with GeForce Experience, I can't uninstall it without going thorough Safe Mode.  The regular uninstaller just hangs and I can't close it.  If I try I get "Nvidia Uninstaller cannot be stopped at this time".

I think I found something that works, go to the root file for geforce experience (if you don't know how right click say the start menu shortcut and then go to properties and open file location) then right click the geforce experience application and go to properties, then compatability, then run as administrator, seems to have worked. should probably mention that I'm on windows 7 in case that makes any difference

Thanks for your interest for this post. I eventually ended up upgrading to Windows 8.1 and I don't have this issue anymore lol.

If any of you with this problem is using a multiple screen set up you might want to try and span them into whatever configuration you had last time you did see it.
I used my PC at work with 3 monitors, after I got home I connected it to a single PC monitor and the TV as duplicate, after setting the desktop to span across the monitor and the TV the GeForce experience was on the secondary screen.
