Wifi card issues

Bought a BCM94352Z to work with my Razer blade 15 hackintosh build, since the network card needed to be swapped. Both windows 10 and macos mojave are working great in a dual-boot fashion, but there is a strange issue on the windows side with this network card. In windows, let's say I connect to my home wifi, close the laptop down, and the open back up at work. The windows wifi software will still think it's connected to my home network, and will not auto switch to my work's wifi, despite clicking automatically connect. However the card works great on the mac side. This is the card I bought, and i'm simply running whatever drivers windows grabbed from windows update. Any ideas?
