Bought a new headset (Virtuoso RBG Wireless) and it has a suttle background noise.

i have tested it in both wireless and wired, doesnt change anything.

It is the same kind of noise you get, when you plug in speaker boxes and crank the Volume slider up to 100%.

if you have that seperate Volume controll, its not a problem, since you can just put Windows Volume at 100% and the Volume on the hardware to lets say 10%.

The noise is gone and you still have a controll over the Volume.

My old headset was wired and also had a seperate Volime Slider, so noise wasnt a problem.

The Viruoso RBG also has a Volume silder, but that one doesnt controll the Volume of the headphone itself, it controlls the windows software Volume slider.

Meaning im now stuck with the background noise.

Does anyone know a way to deal with this?
