FPS drop

My current build is https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Jsfeltner/saved/#view=dD47TW had recently just gotten the 3600 was working the first couple of days but now i have dropped almost 200+ fps please help

I dont get it which game gives you 200fps to begin with ?  CS:GO ?  Was 300fps now its 100fps ?  DId you update drivers recently ?

normally play csgo with 400+ and now im getting like 150. I updated the drivers so not 100% what it is yet
